6. Passport and Date of Birth Data
Passport details and dates of birth are treated as sensitive information. We use this information only for purposes such as licensing and regulatory requirements, identification and verification, travel- or event-related administration, and compliance with applicable laws.
Access to passport and date of birth data is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing. We do not ask you to send passport images or similar sensitive documents by ordinary, unencrypted email. If such information is needed, we will direct you to an approved secure method.
7. QuickBooks and Company Records
For companies and organizations, we may maintain internal records that map your company to identifiers used in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems. These identifiers are used to support accounting, reconciliation, and reporting. They do not determine how any transaction is treated for tax purposes.
